American Southern with an Asian Twist

Southern style (American) food. Fried chicken breast strips with sesame seeds; okra (coated in cornmeal); freshly mashed potatoes with sour cream, butter and some Chinese fried garlic; gravy made from beef broth, corn starch, poppy seed, and fried Chinese onion; and a side of spicy Korean Kim Chi.
