Last night I made a big pot of potato soup with diced pieces of left over pork roast, and fried bacon. It included sour cream and slices of cream cheese ... and was really delicious. However, it was not very photogenic, so I did not take any pictures of that meal.

This morning I reheated some of last night's potato and po...rk/bacon soup and smothered it in Mozzarella cheese. Then I sliced up some Brussels sprouts and fried them in some butter and spices and placed them on top of the soup and cheese. I then minced up a couple of pepperoncini peppers for the final garnish and served it to myself with a cold Cherry Doctor Pepper. Awesome meal!! :)
